WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

 

HOW ABOUT THE SHIPPING OPTIONs, DURATIONs, and RATEs?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 worldwide (only USA for now). For orders under $50 are subject to a $4.99 shipping fee. Express shipping is available for an additional fee based on weight and distance.

Shipping delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather. While most packages will arrive on time, there are some instances where our carriers may experience delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. The delivery company is responsible for any delivery issues.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Each product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center, so you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already shipped, please notify us immediately via email at support@jieroutdoor.com, and we will try to cancel it as per your request.

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email, or notify us at support@jieroutdoor.com with the correct information. If the order has not shipped yet, we will be able to correct the address.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We apologize if your item arrived damaged. If this happens to you, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product.

Once the confirmation occurs by Jieroutdoor, we’ll be happy to send out another one free of charge immediately, and you can keep the old one.
